I'm so happy I didn't had to make the choice between a faster NIC but IOPS limited by disks or the other way around

Just a tiny, almost insignificant detail: I had to use the Dremel to shave off about 1 cm or so of the card for this ':D

oh oops in the note you wrote "RS2428RP" for "2418", we're definitly not sure of what 2028 line up will look like x)

Thanks for posting this @guitehub I just found this repo and ordered this card! So 10Gbps definitely works in addition to enabling the cache drives? Not loving having to trim the end of the card, but as long as it works!
