Please create a new tool in the codemotion-mcp-server that retrieves the list of speakers from the Codemotion agenda. 🗣️

The tool should connect to the agenda source and fetch all speakers' data.
It must implement logic similar to the one in the codemotion-agenda directory, especially regarding how data is inserted into QDrant. 📥
Ensure the process is robust and reusable for future agendas.
