NFT Node License (#44073) stuck in “Pending” after failed delegation attempt — possible RPC issue

My node license NFT (#44073) is stuck in a “Pending” state after trying to delegate it via RapidNode (NaaS provider).
Unfortunately, I may have interacted with a fake Discord moderator who instructed me to “fix an RPC error” through a suspicious link (exchangechain.org), which I did not use after realizing it might be phishing.

I’d like to confirm the current on-chain status of my license and get instructions on how to reset or undelegate it properly, so I can reassign it to a new NaaS provider.

Update: I received an email suggesting to use a website “https://decentralizefix-chain.pages.dev/” for live chat support.
This appears to be a phishing attempt, since the domain is not official and requests wallet connection.

Please verify if any fake support bot or phishing actor is impersonating 0G Foundation via GitHub notifications.
