Feature request: Hide problems where the user is working right now

InlineProblems is great.

But, sometimes the error notes get a little bit in the way and they come too early, since I am still typing and correcting my code line.

I would appreciate if InlineProblems would not show problems where I am currently working, so if it would e.g. hide the problems that are -3 to +3 lines from where the cursor is and I've pressed a key during the last 20 seconds. Of course, all this could be configurable.

Same for me. I'm using PhpStorm or Webstorm

A good plugin in itself, but unfortunately unusable because the error message is completely distracting and always in the way while typing.

Attempted workaround:
Setting it to manual and increasing the milliseconds would be a workaround, but it should only be used for fading in. Currently, it's also used for fading out. This unfortunately makes this option useless.

Example: If I set it to 10,000 ms, that would be enough to complete the code without the annoying display while working. But after fixing the problem, the display still stays on for 10,000 ms. That doesn't make sense.

In ErrorLens for VSCode, the display of the message can be temporarily disabled with a keyboard shortcut. That would be incredibly helpful. Please add such an option or remove the delay when fading out.

Sure Julian. Here we go. With this settings and soft dark colors it's usable for me. But it would be SOOOO good, if you could add a toggle (i.e. shortcut key to toggle the messages on / off). Then I would rate it 10/10, because the plugin is really good (and could be perfect with this toggle).

A new contributer opened a PR today to disable the plugin per IDE Action, so this thing already exists but i need to review it.

I have created another Feature Request issue and would appreciate your input there, especially this part needs clarification:

@markhm Can you explain in the feature request why we need such a timer thing and not only the +/- n lines setting?
