Consideration

In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this agreement, the Dedicator and the Recipient agree as follows:

1. The Dedicator dedicates the Work to the public domain under the terms of this dedication.

2. The Recipient accepts the Work on the terms of this dedication.

3. This dedication is the entire agreement between the Dedicator and the Recipient regarding the Work.

4. This dedication is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Dedicator resides.

5. If any provision of this dedication is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
