Where to disable favicons?

As a non-developer, it wasn't clear to me where I add this code snippet. To the plugin settings in VS Code (when I just copied and pasted the snippet, it didn't seem to do the trick)? To the config.edn file? Somewhere else?

Any guidance would be helpful, thanks!
