Add ability to resize the window even smaller

As is possible with the default Notepad app, could Notepads be made to allow even smaller window sizes than currently? Maybe then have it so that the tabs would also get auto-condensed to shorter widths when the window would be made smaller (without affecting its text titles), similar to how it appears when resizing a browser window smaller and its multiple tabs will shorten with such.

It has a "Compact Overlay" that encompasses the right idea of being able to be resized much smaller, but it would be ideal to have that sizing ability also applied to its regular mode.
