How to setup Prometheus & Grafana for Blocky?

I tried installing Prometheus, but I wasn't sure where to go from there.

I see there's a json file here:

https://0xerr0r.github.io/blocky/latest/prometheus_grafana/

But I couldn't figure out what to do with it.

Is there any setup guide or docs that could help? No need to prepare something special for me, but if there's something out there you could point me to, it would really help.

You can try with https://github.com/0xERR0R/blocky-grafana-prometheus-example. Didn't try it this year but it should work
