special characters in lists

I like to use the following permission list. However, this recently contains special characters. Can I ignore the message or does the list not work at all?

Unfortunately, "too many parse errors" means the list contents are discarded.
Previous versions of blocky were using all the entries as is, so these international domain names would never match anything. v0.21 is not using the list at all though.
I'll make an issue out of this and fix it. Thanks for the report!

Besides the IDNA, the list has 2 errors. I opened an issue in the repo: rahilpathan/pihole-whitelist#1
