Improve property tests for `LargeSmtForest`

What should be done?

The property tests for the forest as a whole currently only cover the entries iterator. They should be expanded to test for correctness for all of the properties of the forest.

How should it be done?

Expand the proptest coverage.

When is this task done?

When all public API endpoints for the forest are covered by proprety tests.

Hi, I’d be happy to take a shot at this task if nobody has taken this on.
From my reading, the current property tests for LargeSmtForest mainly cover entries(), so my plan would be to expand coverage across the public API surface, focusing on semantic correctness and consistency across historical and latest versions.
The main APIs I think should be covered are:

update_tree(lineage, new_version, updates)
