Getting Year wrong

I have been getting an issue with the foopicker once I select the date. Thing happening is, once i picked a date, and if i tried to change it before submitting, it is showing the wrong year.

As i pick the date:

After picking up and re-select the dropdown:

it is showing different year

Try to set dateFormat option to yyyy-MM-dd

    id: 'foopicker',
    dateFormat: 'yyyy-MM-dd'
});
