The prompt UI

Currently, the prompt ui is something dmenu style, like rofi, dmenu, fuzzel, etc.
I would also like to experiment with using freedesktop notifications with "actions" for allow/deny, etc. and that way use the user's existing notifications system as the UI for prompting.

I would also like to experiment with a native prompting ui built with iced.rs or something similar.
