Integrating HydraDragon SDK into sanctum

It has stable minifilter with many features like windows api hooking shellcode, mitm attack for web url protection (works againist real discord webhook and telegram bot samples) and firewall with hips for extra protection. I now integrating to my project but I think implementing HydraDragon SDK as optional feature would be good or at least in my repo.

I will release 0.1 pre-release soon.

I now understand why you have issues in project after reading here microsoft/windows-drivers-rs#336 so it might be not first priority for this project.

Hey, I will likely not be continuing R&D on this repo, so feel free to fork / implement whatever API's you want / use as you see fit.
