13.0 does not work

I tried the 13.0 jailbreak and it did not work. 4o always responds with "I'm sorry, but I can't comply with that request.".

Not an answer to the problem but I have the same issue I’m building an AI Jarvis system and need this to break some ethical boundaries and code writing I’m also new to GitHub and everything honestly so I’m hoping this gives me notifications
