Git clone references incorrect folder

In the file:

1. Compiling the Substrate framework using Cargo.md
   which is under:
   Learning projects
   ->How to create your own blockchain
   ->Coding our first blockchain

Line 14 has the command :
git clone https://github.com/substrate-developer-hub/substrate-node-template

That folder structure no longer exists and needs to be updated.
