Find a way to alter the kernel code between unpacking and compiling

When compiling the official kernel one may want to have specific debug prints or slightly alter some functionality to aid in exploit development. This is currently not possible except for specifying patch files in the `user.ini`. This is not quite optimal.

Open for suggestions on this.
