chore: update gas snapshots and transaction details for TrailsRouterShim across multiple chains

- Updated transaction hashes, gas limits, and nonce values in run-latest.json files for chains 10, 137, 42161, and 8453.
- Adjusted cumulative gas used, effective gas prices, and L1 fee details to reflect recent deployments.
- Ensured consistency in timestamp and commit hash across all updated files.
