Failed with LS-QVL

Hi, I tried to use acp-commander to open SSH on my LS-QVL (firmware 1.75) but failed. Below is the error display:

A SocketTimeoutException was thrown which usually indicates bad firewall settings.
Check that UDP port 22936 can be used by ACP Commander to send/receive and that your device is powered on and has booted successfully.
[ERROR] Exception: SocketTimeoutException (Receive timed out) [ACP Send/Receive (Packet:80A0 = SPECIAL_CMD_EN_ONECMD)]

I already created a firewall rule which allows UDP port 22936 with no luck.
Maybe Buffalo guys block that port in firmware 1.75?

Just a few clarifying questions:

• Is your device working fully or are you trying to recover it?
• Does the -f command line option find the device?
• Have you tried completely disabling the firewall?

• f command could not find the device
  Update:
• I tried to disable the firewall fully as you suggested and it seems to work partially:

Starting telnetd...
........Failed!
Unable to detect telnet server.
This could be a firewall issue but more likely this model does not have a telnetd binary installed.

Sounds like progress.

I think I’ll add a task to the backlog to include some telnetd binaries to transfer automatically for devices that don’t have one.

In the meantime, this process usually works for enabling ssh on the ls-qvl:
