Implement our own version of reaction roles to add more certifications and providers #3
Description
Our current moderation bot, dyno.gg, has a limit for the amount of separate reaction role messages. In order for us to cover the entire spectrum of certifications, we need to add a few more reaction roles (Oracle, Hashicorp, CNCF, etc...). We can build our own implementation of reaction role in the @100DaysOfCloud discord bot.
