This plugin is garbage; it increased my VAE decoding time by several times.

I spent all night searching for the problem and finally located it: this plugin made VAe decoding extremely slow when loading, but it became very fast after uninstalling it. It was so frustrating! I spent a long time thinking it was an environment issue!

The MiniCPM node does not modify or hook into any VAE decoding logic, so it shouldn’t affect VAE performance.

To help investigate, could you share:

1. Your ComfyUI backend console logs
2. A screenshot of your workflow
3. Your GPU + driver version
4. Which MiniCPM model you were loading when the slowdown happened

Once we have these, we can check whether it was a memory-pressure issue or something else.
