[Feature Request] Rename to "ros2_openmv_camera". #37

Since this repository contains a useful generic OpenMV camera ROS2 driver I'd like to make this repository available via ROS package manager (and I'd also like to try out the release process into a distribution in the process).
@wuehr1999 can you please rename and prepare this repository accordingly? Basically all references to L3XZ (save the logo) can be eliminated, also the l3xz topic prefix can be dropped, etc.
