ESLint Linting Action reports errors on dist files

As seen in #199 the ESLint action reports lots of errors for the minified dist files that are committed to the repo.

Whilst I would love to find a long term solution for simply not having those files committed to thre repo, I think the first step should be to ignore them in the eslint config used by the linting action.
