Azure's Text Analytics is able to detect positive and negative sentiment across a variety of languages. We could detect a score (i.e., 0) or range of scores (e.g, 0-0.49) on comments and automatically send those to the moderation queue instead of allowing them to post live.

If this concept gains positive feedback, then we'll want to iterate on it to build out more specific requirements before we dive into development on this.
