Azure's Content Moderator can be leveraged to apply an NSFW rating to uploaded video content (aka UGC). For people leveraging YouTube/Vimeo/etc. for their video content, this may not be relevant. For folks using other video hosting options, this may be of use to them (VideoPress comes to mind here).
