Generate context-aware images #436

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
Following on from #419, we could either have an enhancement to that feature or an alternate feature for context-aware image generation. You could capture the post content, any input the editor has on the image generation prompt, and send that to ChatGPT asking for a context-aware image generation which then we take and send to DALLE to generate the final image that's context-aware.

Designs
TBD as we'd need to consider whether this is an enhancement to the current image generation workflow or a totally different image generation workflow / placed elsewhere in the editor/admin.
