When deleting a distributed post, it should become available for redistribution to that site again.

I see that this has been taken care of in #93 and #151 (those mentions Posts, and in my case the test was done with Page), but I just installed the plugins and did a quick test, and after a successful first distribution, the matter described in #93 happened to me. Not sure if this was mentioned in #93 and #151, but in my case, I use Elementor.

Distributed one page from Site A to Site B (external), all looks fine. Then deleted the page from Site B, and in Site A the option to resend the page to Site B is disabled (the connection shows a checkmark and the distribute functionality is disabled). In Site B, the page is not available for a Pull.

Steps to reproduce
Create a page on site A
Distribute the page to site B
On site B, trash and delete the distributed page
On site A, open the post again (and refresh)
Expected behavior:
The connection to site B should be enabled and I should be able to distribute the post to site B again, via Distribute from Site A or Pull from Site B

Actual behavior:
The connection to site B remains disabled.
