Allow group/category for redirects

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Sometimes many redirects need to be setup at once, like when migrating pages or media locations (uploads/2020/02/file.txt -> uploads/2023/08/file.txt) etc, and it would be nice to be able to separate those from other redirects (short term landing page redirects, etc).

Being able to categorize redirects would allow you to filter by a category and not have to wade through a large list all at once each time.

I'm encountering the same situation as you right now and thought I could be clever and work around this by putting a unique text string in the notes field for some redirects (e.g. i put 'interesting' in the notes field for a few of them) so then I could search for just those redirects later; but the in-site search (e.g. wp-admin/edit.php?s=interesting&post_status=all&post_type=redirect_rule&action=-1&m=0&paged=1&action2=-1 ) doesn't return any results and the notes are not included in exports of wp safe-redirect-manager export_csv
