Do you have to run

slmgr /ato

Anytime you change the License Key? or will it update automatically? i assume if it was automatic that it would be whenever the 180 renewal is up?
Also is this command required to Activate Microsoft Office? The official Office Docs say that it auto activates

You run slmgr /ato once, after that it will run automatically every 180 days (or whatever you have configured in your KMS settings).
