CouchLoader file only handles new document inserts

The couchLoader.js file currently only handles new document inserts, not updates to design documents. This means that when a validator function is changed, the corresponding design document in CouchDB must be deleted first, before the new document can be inserted. This needs to be changed to support document updates.
