requesting "octocacheevai" for decrypting the assets (For Rein reverse engineering effort)

Hi there @190nm!

This is a long shot, I'm currently working on reverse engineering Nier Reincarnation in an attempt to make an offline version for PC.

I've ran into a bit of a roadblock when it comes to decrypting the assets, I understand that octocacheevai is required but as the original servers are no longer available I have no way to acquire it.

I was wondering if you still had access to this, or any of the decrypted assets? It would be a huge help. Thanks!
