twisted-iocpsupport is not supported on Debian #1

Description
Looks like a useful tool but I'm facing this error while installing packages on Debian.
Requirement already satisfied: setuptools in /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages (from Scrapy==2.11.1->-r requirements.txt (line 40)) (66.1.1)

Upon Googling a bit, that package is not supported on Linux. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/66428469/twisted-iocpsupport-error-when-using-pip-on-ubuntu-debian-io-h-missing
Is it possible to use something else?
