[Bug] ipinfo.io call probability failure

Problem Description

I have noticed that install.sh uses an API (ipinfo.io/country) to get the host's location, but in some cases this can cause an error and result in an incorrect change of source.

Steps to Reproduce

Unknown. Maybe it's just caused by the host.

The expected correct result

Correctly identify the host as being in CN and use the mirror.

不清楚。只是在本地搭测试环境遇到了。加一个选项或者参数让用户自由选择是否使用镜像会更好？

这是个非共性问题，未能复现。你可以尝试更换其他环境，看看问题是否仍然存在。
