[Bug] 1panel backup webdav connects to alist, but the port is restricted

Problem Description

alist我使用52440端口,在其他服务都可以连接到webdav服务并使用

但是在1panel备份设置webdav时失败并报错,如果我修改alist端口为5244并填入1panel,即可使用

是否是1panel限制了alist服务的端口号?
