Problem Description

pgsql安装PostGIS扩展失败

Steps to Reproduce

使用1panel在应用商店部署pgsql和pgAdmin4,在pgAdmin4绑定sql再执行CREATE EXTENSION postgis;

应用商店目前使用的是 PostgreSQL 官方镜像，应该是默认不支持 PostGIS。
你可以查找相关镜像，然后通过创建容器或者容器编排的方式来维护。
