[Bug] The vector model on vllm cannot be connected

Problem Description

maxkb对接vllm上的bge-m3报错，信息如下，也试了openai，一样的报错信息

maxkb所在服务器上是可以curl到信息

同样的信息给dify可以正常对接，另外vllm上的重排模型也无法对接

为什么会去调这个地址，离线部署的纯内网vllm上的bge-m3哎，意思是不支持纯内网的vllm部署的大模型么，一定还要去公网上拉文件？

这边无法复现您这个问题，我们添加的时候是不会去访问其他地址的，这个是添加模型时vllm的日志
