Problem Description

v1.10.4-LTS版本的公共访问链接在企业微信客户端打开没有历史聊天记录，v1.10.3-LTS和之前的版本是有的。

Steps to Reproduce

1、直接在企业微信客户端打开一些公共访问链接并对话

2、v1.10.3-LTS版本每次打开是能看到历史聊天记录的

3、v1.10.4-LTS版本每次打开都没有历史聊天记录
