When attempting to upload an official template, the system fails to segment the cells properly.

When attempting to upload an official template, the system fails to segment the cells properly.
📋 Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to the MaxKB web interface.
2. Navigate to Upload Template.
3. Select and upload an official .xlsx or .csv file.
4. Observe the result after the upload completes.
💥 Expected Behavior
• The system should parse the uploaded template and display properly segmented cell data.
❌ Actual Behavior
• After upload, the cells are not segmented correctly.
• Either all content appears in a single cell or structure is lost entirely.
• unable to use || to seperate
