现在有自定义角色了，把人加到角色里。在应用或授权位置，期望能够按照角色进行授权。

当前授权是按资源级别，不能用户加个角色就改变用户资源授权，冲突较多，暂无计划。

The current authorization is based on resource levels. User resource authorization cannot be changed just by adding a role. There are many conflicts and there are no plans yet.
