Check RSWP in some cases there are detection errors via SMBus #45
Description
When I use SPD-RW to override memory SPD via SMBus, the memory‘s RSWP was enabled, the first time it detects the RSWP is disable for all blocks, there will be a failure to write, and re-detecting it will change to some blocks being disabled and some being enabled.
I am using it on a DDR5 Z790 motherboard.
