Failed to load censivtive config...

I went through configs all over, can't find the right spot to make this disappear, even tho censitive is working as intented, but my inner monk goes crazy every time I fire up my IDE -.-

Getting this also, and noticed it was reading from ~/.censitive in the vscode logs.

Turns out, the README actually says to create this as the first step.

I'd like to make some suggestions:

1. Create the file yourself in the plugin
2. Properly check and inform the user on extension start.
3. Ignore the error completely and just block a default pattern

We are using the censitive.defaultCensoring extension setting and would be happy if we could disable this message, as it pops up every time vscode starts. Alternatively, could load .censitive from the .vscode folder?
