[Request] Allow using both Y-Axis

Would it be possible to use the opposite Y axis?

Ex. It would be useful if you could assign the bed temperature on that axis, which would allow different scaling for bed temperature and nossle temperatures.

That would be of great usefulness for me as well, I cant see small variations of 0.1C in temperature because the single Y axis is just too broad.
