Improvement in registration Page

registration page must gather all the valid info , like you are a doner or the help seeker and i would also like to work on the backend to store the information ( list of registered candidates ) using mysql and show the list in tab named Buddies.

for storing data, I have to change this to express javascript and ejs would you like me to try that? Or if you have something in mind please do tell .
