[UX] buttons overlap in "Allow multiple people to sign via a shared link" form

In "Allow multiple people to sign via a shared link" tool, once the PDF uploaded, there's an overlap on low-height screens between "offcanvas-body" elements and is absolute positionned "form_block".

It results in the "share to sign" and "download the signed pdf" buttons to prevent using the "watermark" and "create an element" buttons.
