Telegram works inconsistently: media loads randomly, calls fail unless all traffic is routed through proxy

I’m having trouble figuring out which routes need to be configured for Telegram to work properly.

Media (photos and videos) loads inconsistently — sometimes fast, sometimes very slow.
Audio calls do not work at all unless I route all traffic through the proxy.

I’ve tried adding the following routing rules:

geosite:telegram

geoip:telegram

However, this did not fix the issue with calls.

Could you clarify which domains / IP ranges / protocols Telegram actually uses for voice calls, and what routing setup is required to make Telegram fully functional without routing all traffic through the proxy?
