Update SMDC docs

Context

We need to update some docs as some things has changed with the migration

What we need to do

• Document Provide instructions on how to access pod logs on AWS for users who have access to the AWS account #6976
• Update "resetting a colleague's password guide" to mention that we can each do this by ourselves via smdc SSO (we have new IAMs as part of that). In practice we won't need to do this if we document ☝🏼
