[Reflective] Community success hours - follow up conversation on roadmap

Context

@colliand and @aprilmj had a check-in conversation where we gathered input about community needs from Reflective. They shared a broader update on what they're focused on & where they'd like help as they start to scale up (see slides).

What we need to do

Schedule time with Alistair, Emily and John for a follow up conversation on:

• Current best practice for cost control and sharing (this requires engineering expertise & guidance)
• Upcoming roadmap features and ideas that might be of interest
• Thinking ahead to their Q3 workshop agenda, where they'd love a talk about cloud and community best practices.

Definition of Done

• We schedule a conversation (@aprilmj + at least one engineer, probably @yuvipanda)
• In that conversation we help them identify improvement opportunities using current features
• We identify initiatives that Reflective may want to contribute to

NB: Reflective is similarly time zone distributed to 2i2c, so the best time to meet is 4-6pm UK / 8-10am US west

There's no set deadline for this work @Gman0909 but would be nice to do while fresh. I'd like @yuvipanda to think about who's best suited to follow up with Reflective.

Reflective asked if we could have this follow up call in the next 2 weeks, so adding to our queue for the coming sprint.

As prep for their conversations about 'guiding users towards resources they need', I've imported the dashboard I built for cryocloud into their grafana: https://grafana.reflective.2i2c.cloud/d/cdmfdonng543ka/do-you-need-that-much?orgId=1&from=now-6h&to=now&timezone=browser&var-hub=.

It shows % of actual use vs % of resources requested by users, and is a helpful metric to think about how to guide users to where. It also helps us go towards creating an initiative to solve that problem.
