Set up first consortium meeting

Context

In #7801 we iterated on the design of a meeting that will build a coalition of communities. This is the work to set up that meeting.

What we need to do

Do everything we need done to have a first meeting with a friendly coalition of 2i2c members, funders and team (we might want to make these sub-issues):

• Agree on the first consortium topic
• Pick a date
• Invite people
• Choose a specific list of initiatives
• Shape a presentation that shares context and a process
• Build whatever the "funding thermometer" visualization/content is that we want to use
• Probably have a pre-meeting so all 2i2c people - and any community leaders who are co-leading - are prepped

Definition of Done

• We're ready to have a meeting
• We feel fairly confident people will turn up
