Double ressources, settings, app configuration

I wounder how this happened and i am lost how to get rid of it. Die UI shows two ressource files for example and if i try to edit the ressources in the app configuration screen nothing happens. The javascript console tells me what the ui is showing: Found too many settings for type App-Resources

On a page I can still edit the translations BUT i have to do it twice, first in the "wrong" ressources, than in the "right" one.

Any idea what happened?

There is an edge case where this happens, we actually don't know why.

The data is actually normal data, but in a different scope.

Go to the data tab and change scope - something "...App System" or something, there you'll find them. usually the second item is the wrong one and can just be deleted.
