[BUG] TinyMCE "Open link in..." dropdown doesn't appear if it's the second TinyMCE in the edit modal

Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

If you have two TinyMCE editors, and you make a link in the 2nd editor, and try to click the dropdown for "Open link in...", nothing happens. The dropdown does not appear.

Editors have to open the Source Code and manually edit it as a workaround.

To Reproduce (Steps, Videos, Screenshots, Apps)

1. Create a content type that has two TinyMCE editors.
2. In the second editor, try adding a link and changing the "Open link in..."
3. You'll notice the dropdown doesn't open at all.

Additional context

I haven't checked if this is fixed in newer versions but I suspect it's still broken - just a hunch.

this is very odd.
Do you see any JS errors when this happens?

No JS errors at all.

I suspect it's a UI bug related to relative positioning or something. I actually recall a similar issues from a few years ago.
