Can't install 6.23.0

I think something is wrong in the installer process.

I tried installing in 2sxc 20.0.8 an got the message:
"Could not import the app / package: The app / package is not compatible with this version of eav and the 2sxc-host. See Insights for further details."

So I tried to upgrade 2sxc to 20.0.9 and tried again, I still got the same message.

so 20.00.09 is required. I just updated the catalog to better show this.

but I just tried installing it, and did not run into a problem.
